• A: Shop Pay is an exclusive Shopify payment option designed to provide a fast and seamless checkout experience. When you enter your email address, the Shop Pay app will pop up, offering you a quick checkout option with all your details pre-filled.
  
  
• Q: What if I want to pay using Klarna, iDEAL, or PayPal?
• A: If you wish to use Klarna, iDEAL, PayPal, or any other payment method, simply close the Shop Pay popup. Scroll down to manually enter your payment details. Alternatively, if you've entered your phone number, you'll be automatically directed to the Shop Pay checkout.
  
  
• Q: I noticed that Shop Pay only offers a credit card payment option. What if I want to use a different payment method?
  
• A: While Shop Pay primarily supports credit card payments, we understand that our customers might have other preferences. If you wish to use an alternative payment method, click on the "Alternative Payments method" in the Payment method section. This will redirect you to the manual checkout page, where you can choose from a variety of payment options.
  
  
• Q: I clicked on the "Alternative Payments method" but still want to use Shop Pay. Is that possible?
